Delivery Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:
Delivery is free of cost on all orders whose payment received in advance. And in case of COD flat Rs 500/- per kg will be charge and this amount is to be paid in advance at the time of placing your order.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.

Shipping Locations:
We currently deliver across all over Pakistan. If you are outside of our shipping zone, please contact us at sales@scents.local for further assistance.

Damaged or Lost Orders:

Shipping Locations:
We ship our order through Leopard courier. If you want to ship your order with any other courier company, charges will be paid by the customer.
