If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned with all original labels, tags, packaging, and any accessories included in the order.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been checked and accepted by ScentsPK. We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days of receipt. You will be notified via call when the refund is applied.
